摘要: LabVIEW 和Matlab被广泛应用于仿真、过程处理和控制领域,而未能很好地直接应用于实际控制系统中。采用OPC通讯技术,建立该智能控制系统与过程数据库链接,完成神经网络在线辨识系统模型,利用遗传算法在线调整PID的3个控制参数。仿真和研究表明,该方法可在线有效地控制较复杂的被控对象。

Abstract: Lab VIEW and Matlab is widely used in simulation, process management and control, but has not yet been directly applied in practical control system. By using the OPC communication technologies, we can establish the link between the intelligent control system and process database, to complete neural network online identification system model. And three parameters of PID control can be online adjusted by genetic algorithm. The simulation and research show that we can realize the effective online control for more complex system by using the method.
