摘要: 扬州第二发电有限责任公司一期工程的控制系统采用了德国西门子公司的TELEPERM-XP分散控制系统,机组采用了锅炉跟随为主的协调控制方式,响应速度快,但变负荷速率较慢,在高负荷时汽压波动较大。扬州第二发电有限责任公司组织专家进行了第2次协调控制系统(CCS)的优化调试,在调试中注重维持主汽压力的稳定,保证机组在升降负荷过程中,各自动控制回路的调节参数易控、受控,强调机组的安全、稳定、经济运行,同时还注重对被控对象特性的分析。优化调试后,极大地提高了自动控制的精度。

Abstract: The Siemens TELEPERM-XP distributed control system was adopted in Yangzhou Second Power Generation Corporation Limited Phase I Project. The coordination control mode based on the principle of boiler follow (BF) was used in the unit control, which has faster response speed, lower load change speed and larger steam pressure fluctuation at high load condition. In the second time optimizing commissioning organized by Yangzhou Second Power Generation Corporation Limited, more attention has been paid to maintain the stabilization of main stream pressure and to insure the parameters of every automatic control loop were easy to control during load change. The safety, stabilization and economy of unit operation was emphasized, and analysis of characteristics of controlled objects was emphasized too. After the optimizing commissioning, accuracy of automatic control has raised a lot.
