摘要: 通过调查研究和技术经济分析,对3种厂用高压电动机调速节能改造方案进行了可靠性、经济性比较,确定了山东沾化发电厂凝结水泵将高压电动机改低压电动机后配合进行低压变频调速的改造方案,对方案的实施条件及过程进行了阐述,并对改造后的设备进行了节能及改造效果分析。

Abstract: According to investigation and technical economical analysis, the reliability and economical efficiency of three energy saving reformation schemes for auxiliary high voltage motor speed control were compared. Based on this, a reformation scheme was confirmed, in which the condensate pump high voltage motor will be replaced by low voltage motor and then the low voltage variable frequency speed control technology will be adopted. The implementation condition and process of the scheme were expounded, and the energy saving and reformation effects of the reformed equipment were analyzed.
