汽动给水泵前置泵锅炉冷态上水方案优化及实施

摘要: 对华电包头发电公司600MW汽轮发电机组汽动给水泵前置泵参数及系统进行了研究,在#1机组大修结束启动时,实施了利用汽动给水泵前置泵锅炉冷态上水方案。目前,#1、#2机组锅炉冷态上水方案已实施4次,方案实施后,减少了电动给水泵运行时间,节省了厂用电,达到了预期的节能效果。方案实施结果表明,该方案切实可行。

Abstract: The parameters and system of booster pump of turbofeed pump in 600MW unit of Baotou Huadian Power Generation Corporation Limited were studied. In the startingup of No.1 unit after overhaul, the cold state boiler water feeding scheme using booster pump of turbofeed pump had been implemented. Until today, the cold state boiler water feeding scheme had been implemented in No.1 and No.2 units four times. Due to implementation of this scheme, the operation time of electric feed pump was decreased, the auxiliary power was reduced, and expected energysaving effects were achieved. The results of this scheme show that the scheme is practical and feasible.
