摘要: 在石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统中,吸收塔浆液密度、pH值、液气比、钙硫比、氧化风压力等重要参数决定了整个脱硫系统的效率和石膏的品质,通对优化运行方式、合理配置参数的讨论,试图找出整个系统运行的最佳平衡点,以保证较高的脱硫效率,同时又能提高石膏的品质。

Abstract:

In limestone gypsum wet desulphurization system the de-SOx efficiency and gypsum quality were determined by the important parameters, such as limestone slurry concentration, pH, liquid/gas ratio, Ca/S ratio, and oxidation air pressure. Through the discussions on operation manners and parameters configuration, this article tried to find the optimal operation point in order to improve de-SOx efficiency and gypsum quality.
