循环水系统节能改造及运行方式优化

摘要: 对华电包头发电有限公司 #1、 #2机组循环水系统的运行方式及循环水泵、水塔、凝汽器有关参数进行了分析和研究;对 #4、 #2循环水泵电动机进行了高、低速改造并实施投运。依据冬季机组负荷偏低的特点,进行了循环水系统方式的优化,在原来“两机三泵”运行方式的基础上,成功实现了“两机一泵”的运行方式,取得良好的经济效益。

Abstract: The operation mode of circulating water system of unit number 1 and unit number 2 in Huadian Baotou Power Generation Corporation Limited and related parameters of the circulating water pump, the water tower and the condenser were analyzed and researched. The motors of water circulating pumps number 4 and number 2 were reformed into high and low speed mode, and were put into operation. According to the feature of lower load in winter, the operation mode of circulating water system was optimized; based on the original ‘three pumps for two units’ operation mode, the ‘one pump for two units’ operation mode was realized successfully, and favorable economical benefit was obtained.
