发电机密封油油箱油位下降原因分析及处理

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 四川广安发电有限责任公司二期300MW机组运行中，发电机密封油油位异常下降，直流密封油泵和交流密封油泵同时运行才能维持密封油系统油压和油位正常，通过查找问题、分析原因并采取临时措施后，单独运行交流密封油泵也能维持密封油系统正常。


Abstract: In operation of the 300MW unit of project phase II in Sichuan Guangan Power Generation Corporation Limited, the oil level of generator seal oil abnormally declined, the DC seal oil pump and the AC seal oil pump must be put into operation simultaneously to keep the normal oil pressure and oil level of the seal oil system. By faults seeking and the reasons analyzing, after some temporary measures were adopted, the seal oil system can keep in normal situation when only the AC seal oil pump are put into operation.
