APA软件在核级管系力学分析中的应用

摘要: APA软件具有对核级管道应力分析和评定的功能,ANSYS有限元分析软件具有管道应力计算的功能。以某核电厂一个核2级管道系统为分析模型,进行了各载荷工况下的应力计算。选用RCC-M设计规范进行了应力评定,得到了静载荷、动载荷作用下的最大应力、应力比值和每个管道支吊架的支承反力。

Abstract: The APA software has the capability of the nuclear piping stress analysis and assessment, and the ANSYS finite element analysis software has the capability of piping stress computation. Taking a nuclear piping system class 2 of a nuclear power plant as analysis model, the stress computations of various load condition were accomplished. According to the RCCM codes, the stress assess was carried out, and the maximum stress, the stress rate and the support reaction of each pipe supporter and hanger under static load and dynamic load were obtained.
