城市中水回用于火电厂循环冷却水的设计方案

摘要: 根据淮北市建委的要求,将已建的一期、二期污水处理厂出水新建回用工程,充分利用水资源,开辟市内第2水源,以达到节能减排之目的。首先对现有污水处理厂进行升级改造,对一期污水处理厂扩建缺氧池、厌氧池和改建活性污泥回流系统,出水达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级B标准。再根据电厂和城市杂用水对水质的不同要求,进行再生回用分质处理,出水达到一级A标准和电厂再生补充水水质指标。

Abstract: According to the requirements of Huaibei Construction Committee, which request to make full use of water resources, to open a second water source for the city, and to achieve the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction, it was planed that to newly construct the reuse project for the output water of sewage treatment plant projects phase I and phase II. First, the existing sewage treatment plant will be upgraded by building the anoxic tank, the anaerobic tank and rebuilding the activated sludge returnflow system for wastewater treatment plant phase I; the output water should meet the first class level B of the standard specified in the file “discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant”. Then the output water will be separately further treated according to the different water quality requirements of the power plants and urban miscellaneous water. And the output water should meet the first class level A of the standard and the water quality indicators of the regeneration makeup water of power plant. 
