Abstract: Contrapose the existing problems in simulator application, taking the commissioning and acceptance of domestic 600MW supercritical power unit simulator of Guangdong Datang International Chaozhou Power Corporation Limited as a example, from the local part of the simulator and distributed control system, also in the point of view of power plant, the simulator commissioning and check and acceptance were discussed, the main commissioning process, debugging about faults, check and acceptance procedures, and key points for the simulator were indicated. Training the operation personnel by use of the simulator before and after unit operation will have realistic meaning for rising allround operating ability and technical level.
