摘要: 美国可工业化应用的烟气脱汞技术包含了基于除尘器的活性炭喷射技术和基于烟气脱硫装备的催化氧化法脱汞技术,分析了计算流体动力学的技术优势,介绍了采用该技术进行流场模拟来指导烟道、反应器及喷射系统设计的案例,以期为今后我国的脱汞项目提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: The flue gas mercury removal technologies of America, which can be used in industrialization scale, include two technologies, one of them is activate carbon injection technology based on precipitator, and the other is the catalytic oxidation technology based on flue gas desulphurization equipment. The technological superiority of the computation fluid dynamics was analyzed. A design example was introduced, in which the computation fluid dynamics method was used in flow field simulation for guiding the design of the gas duct, the reactor and the injection system. The example provides some references for future mercury removal projects in our country.
