摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中国葛洲坝集团机械船舶有限公司生产的新型气压式沉柜是国内首台应用于水电站大坝检修的工程设备。介绍了气压式沉柜的结构及原理，论述了气压式沉柜液压系统在安装调试中出现的问题及处理方法，可为今后大型电站气压式沉柜的安装调试提供参考。

关键词: 气压式沉柜, 液压系统, 温度, 比例阀, 螺旋桨

Abstract: The new airpressure sink cabinet manufactured by Gezhouba Group Machinery and Ship Company Limited of China is the first engineering equipment used in overhauling of dam of hydropower station. The structure and the theory of the airpressure sink cabinet were introduced. The problems occurred during installation and debugging of the hydraulic system of the airpressure sink cabinet and treatment method were expounded, providing a reference for large hydropower stations in installation and debugging of airpressure sink cabinet.
