摘要: 国产超临界600MW机组正式投产运行以来,运行不太稳定,非计划停运次数较多。分析了超临界机组自动控制的现状,针对主蒸汽温度的自动调节提出了一些改进意见,使主蒸汽温度控制更快速、准确,提高了超临界机组的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract: Since the domestic 600MW supercritical unit was put into operation, its operation is not so stable, and unplanned outage was happened many times. The current situation of automatic control of the supercritical unit was analyzed. Aiming at automatic adjustment of main steam temperature, some improvement suggestions were put forward, which causes the control of main steam temperature to be more fast and accurate, and the operation reliability and safety of the supercritical unit were increased.
