电动执行器技术改造方案的优化与实施

摘要: 华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司使用的电动执行器故障频发,使得设备可靠性大大降低,达不到最佳控制效果。将空气预热器入口烟气挡板电动执行器、锅炉过热器减温水调节阀电动执行器、循环水系统蝶阀电动执行器分别改造为分体式电动执行器。改造后的电动执行器可靠性大大增强,彻底消除了设备隐患,降低了维护费用,取得了良好效果。

Abstract: The faults of the electric actuators used in Baotou Power Generation Branch of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Company Limited were occurred frequently, which reduce the equipment reliability greatly; and the optimal control effect can not be obtained. The electric actuators for the inlet gas baffle of air preheater, the electric actuators for the attemperating water adjusting valve of the boiler superheater and the electric actuators for the butterfly valve of water circulating system all were transformed into split type electric actuators. The reliability of the reformed electric actuators was increased greatly; the hidden danger of the equipments was eliminated thoroughly; the maintenance cost was decreased; and the favorable effect was obtained.
