摘要: 介绍了新型等离子点火系统的结构特点及技术原理,根据该系统在广东粤电靖海发电有限公司1000MW超超临界锅炉上的应用情况,分析了试运行过程中出现的问题。通过在运行实践中的不断调整,总结出了该等离子点火系统的运行参数优化方案,从而有效地控制了锅炉等离子点火系统断弧现象,提高了锅炉启、停过程及正常运行的安全性。

Abstract: The structure features and the technical principle of the new plasma ignition system were introduced. According to the application of the system in the 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler of Guangdong Yudean Jinghai Power Generation Company Limited, the problems occurred in commissioning were analyzed. By the continual readjustment in practical operation, the operation parameter optimization scheme of the plasma ignition system was summarized. Thus, the arc interrupting phenomenon of the boiler plasma ignition system had been controlled effectively; and the safety of the boiler in start up, shutdown and normal operation was improved.
