Numerical simulation of viscoplasticity behavior of 30Cr1Mo1V steel based on Chaboche model

摘要: 运用Chaboche模型描述了30Cr1Mo1V钢的循环塑性和粘塑性行为,通过试验得到30Cr1Mo1V钢在不同应力水平下的疲劳和应力松弛数据,根据试验数据逐步得到Chaboche模型中的参数。在ANSYS软件中链接Chaboche模型的用户子程序UserMat,模拟材料的疲劳和蠕变行为。结果表明,用户子程序能很好地反映材料的力学行为,为Chaboche模型用于疲劳蠕变交互作用的研究提供了理论基础。

Abstract: Using the Chaboche model, the cyclic plasticity and viscoplasticity behaviors of 30Cr1Mo1V steel were described. By experiment, the fatigue and stress relaxation data of 30Cr1Mo1V steel under different stress levels were obtained. According to the experimental data, the parameters of the Chaboche model were obtained gradually. The user subroutine UserMat of the Chaboche model is linked into ANSYS software to simulate the fatigue and creepage behaviors of the material. The result shows that the user subroutine can reflect mechanical behavior of the material well, which provides theoretical foundation for study on fatigue and creepage interaction using the Chaboche model.
