摘要: 针对9E燃气轮机熄火转速升高的问题,分析了燃气轮机停机历史数据,研究了Mark V停机程序以及功能块的特性参数,经过多次在线试验和动态修改,最终找到了与燃气轮机当前状况相匹配的参数,使燃气轮机能在正常的熄火转速停机。这一问题的解决提高了燃气轮机Mark V控制系统的可靠性,保证了机组的安全、稳定运行。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of flameout rotating speed rising of 9E gas turbine, the shutdown history data of the gas turbine were analyzed. The shutdown procedure and the characteristic parameters of the function modules of Mark V control system were studied. By online test and dynamic modification repeatedly, the parameters matched with the current status of the gas turbine were found out finally, and the gas turbine can be stopped at normal flameout rotating speed. Due to the solving of this problem, the reliability of the Mark V control system for the gas turbine was improved and the safe and stable operation of the unit was ensured.
