上海奉贤燃机发电有限公司9E燃气轮机原设计2台50%容量的透平框架冷却风机,若燃气轮机运行中框架冷却风机发生故障导致冷却风量瞬时失去或突然减少,会使机组排气框架及汽缸的受热工况发生变化,对热通道部件的寿命造成极大的影响。对燃气轮机透平框架冷却系统和Mark V控制系统进行了深入研究,采取了增加1台国产50%容量风机的优化方案,排除了系统隐患。

Abstract: Two cooling fans with 50% capacity for the turbine shell and exhaust frame were designed originally for the 9E gas turbine of Shanghai Fengxian Gas Turbine Power Generation Company Limited. If the frame cooling fans malfunctioned during operation of the gas turbine and caused the cooling air flow lose or decrease suddenly, then the heat conditions of the exhaust frame and the cylinder of the unit will vary, and the service life of the components in the thermal pass will be affected greatly. The cooling system for turbine shell and exhaust frame of the gas turbine and the Mark V control system were studied in depth. An optimization scheme, which is to add a domestic fan with 50% capacity, was adopted, and the hidden trouble of the system was removed.
