摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分析了TBM-160-2型发电机定子冷却油总烃偏高的原因，介绍了定子过热点的查找和处理方法及运行中总烃含量的控制措施，这些举措可为我国将来制造和引进大容量定子油冷发电机积累运行和检修经验。

关键词: 汽轮发电机, 定子铁芯, 总烃, 处理

Abstract: The reasons of higher total hydrocarbon in TBM-160-2 generator stator cooling oil were analyzed. The finding method of the overheat points of stator, the treatment method and the control measures of total hydrocarbon in operation were introduced. The results in this paper provide operation and maintenance experiences for largecapacity generator with oil cooled stator, which will be imported or manufactured in china.
