摘要: 摘要:针对某电厂300MW机组循环水余热利用项目的实际情况,研究分析了2种不同污垢系数对该项目的经济效益影响。研究结果表明,基于该项目使用的江水水质,一味选取大污垢系数并不能促进该项目的经济效益。通过试验,初步探索了使用胶球清洗系统对吸收式热泵机组实时在线清洗的可行性,试验结果显示,清洗效果较为明显。

Abstract: Abstract:For the actual situation of waste heat utilization project with circulating water in 300MW unit of some power plant, we studies and analyzes the influence of two different fouling coefficients on the project economic benefit. The research results show that blindly choosing big fouling coefficient does not promote the project economic benefit based on river water quality used in this project. Through experiments, we preliminarily explore the feasibility of online cleaning in real time by using rubber ball cleaning system for the absorption heat pump units. The experiment results show that the cleaning effect is more obvious.
