摘要: 摘要:通过合理的齿数分配,完成了具有大传动比的封闭式行星齿轮传动的设计。分别计算、校核了各级行星排齿轮及其他零部件的强度,并通过试验的方法验证了理论计算的合理性,试验结果表明:所设计的封闭式行星减速器能够满足需求且具有较好的性能。

Abstract: Abstract:By means of rational distribution of the number of teeth, a closed type planetary gear transmission device with larger gear ratio was designed. The strength of the planetary gears in various stages and other parts was calculated and checked, and the rationality of the theoretic calculation was verified by means of test. The test result shows that the designed closed type planetary gear reducer can meet the requirement and has better performance.
