油浸式变压器热管散热模型的试验研究

摘要: 通过模拟30kV·A油浸式变压器试验台,获得了其内部变压器油的温度场分布及分布特性。分析表明,热管式散热装置用于变压器散热是可行的,该模型可用于分析采用热管散热的变压器内变压器油的温度特性,为该变压器的设计及改造提供理论依据。

Abstract: Using the 30kV·A transformer heat dissipation simulating experiment table, the temperature field distribution of the transformer oil inside the experimental device and the characteristics of the temperature distribution were obtained. The analysis on the results shows that to use the heat pipe in heat dissipation of the transformer is feasible. The model can be used to analyze the temperature characteristics of the transformer oil inside the transformer using the heat pipe for heat dissipation. The result in this paper provides the theoretic basis for design and reformation of the transformer.
