摘要: 分析了联合循环汽轮机抽汽供热调节阀在设计、加工制造方面的缺陷,论述了该油动机活塞杆转接头丝杆在开机过程中发生弯曲的原因,采取了具体的缺陷处理措施,保证了抽汽调节阀的正常工作。

Abstract: The defects in design and manufacturing of the heatsupplying extraction control valve of the gassteam combined cycle turbine were analyzed. The reasons causing the transition connector screw rod of the piston rod of the hydraulic servomotor to bend during startup were found. The defects treatment concrete measures were given, and the normal operation of the extraction control valve was ensured.
