摘要: 摘要:针对陕西华电蒲城发电有限责任公司双进双出钢球磨煤机衬板、分离器、锁气器、钢球材质和配比、一次热风道系统、大齿轮喷射油装置和大齿轮罩密封风机存在的问题,进行性能优化及改造,改造后,锅炉的大渣质量分数由17%降至5%~7%,飞灰可燃物质量分数由6%降至3%左右,提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。

Abstract: Abstract:There were problems in the doubleended ball mill of Shanxi Huadian Pucheng Power Generation Company Limited. The problems existed in many aspects of the mill, which include the lining board, the separator, the clapper, the material quality and metal content ratio of the ball, the primary hot air passage system, the oil injection device of the large gear wheel, the sealing air fan of large gear wheel cover and others. Aiming at above problems, the mill system was reformed, and its performance was optimized. The large boiler slag content reduced from 17% to 5%~ 7%, and the content of combustibles in fly ash reduced from 6% to about 3%. The safety and economic efficiency of the unit were improved.
