摘要: 摘要:某热电公司锅炉滚筒冷渣器冷却水系统存在锅炉排渣热量没有得到有效回收利用、流过冷渣器的工业水流量及温升幅度大等问题,以保证机组安全、稳定、经济运行为目标,提出了冷却水系统改造方案,通过管道水力损失计算证明了系统设计的安全性。系统改造后,机组的安全性得到进一步提高,经济效益明显。

Abstract: Abstract:In the cooling water system of boiler rollingcylinder type slag cooler of a thermal power company, the waste heat of the boiler slag was not recovered and reused effectively. The industrial water flux flowed through the slag cooler was larger. The temperature rise of the cooling water is larger. Aiming at above problems, in order to ensure the unit to operate safely, stably and economically, a cooling water system reformation scheme was proposed. The safety of the system design was verified by the pipeline hydraulic loss calculation. After the system reformed, the unit safety was improved further, and favorable economic benefit was obtained.
