摘要:发电机是电力系统中最重要的设备,它的安全运行对保证电网安全、稳定运行至关重要。1000MW 超超临界燃煤发电机组是目前电网中容量最大的机组,由于发电机运行在高速、高温、高电压、大电流状态,并且设计、制造、安装、运行及系统故障等原因常会引起发电机定子、转子铁心、绕组温度升高,绕组绝缘降低发生接地,励磁碳刷发热打火,发电机过负荷、过电压、匝间短路等故障。以1000MW 发电机组故障为例,从电气角度分析故障原因,并提出 针对性处理方法、以避免或减少同类故障的发生。

Abstract:

Abstract:Generator is one of the most important devices in power system and its safety is crucial to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids.1000 MW ultra supercritical coalfired power unit is currently the largest unitin capacity and its generator is working at a high speed,high temperature,high voltage and large current state.Combining with the reasons of design,manufacture,installation,operation and systemfailure etc,the failures, such as the temperature increasing of generator stator,rotor core and winding,the insulation dropping of winding,the fever ignition of carbon brush,the overload or overvoltage of generator,and interturn short circuit etc.are occurredfrequently.Taking the 1000MW power unit as an example,this paper analyzed its failure reasons from the aspect of electric and proposed specific treatments to avoid or reducethe occurrence of similar failures.
