摘要:

以国电泰州发电有限公司1000MW二次再热机组为例,详细介绍了塔式锅炉二次再热机组过热汽温及一次/二次再热汽温的控制原理,通过分析汽温比例、积分、微分(PID)控制逻辑,提出了二次再热机组汽温调节设备的控制逻辑,可为二次再热机组汽温控制逻辑组态及优化提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking 1000MW double reheat units of Guodian Taizhou Power Generator Company Limited, it introduce the control principle of  superheated steam, first and second reheat steam temperature for tower type double reheat boiler. Analyzing steam temperature’s control logic on proportion, integral and derivative (PID), it proposes a control logic for steam temperature regulating equipment of 1000MW double reheat units which can provides reference for unit control logic configuration and optimization of double reheat units.
