摘要:

入炉煤量是配置双进双出磨煤机机组的重要参数,入炉煤量计算的准确性关系到机组的控制效果和调节能力。在分析磨煤机运行机理和大量现场试验的基础上,用对入炉煤量影响较大的几个因子进行修正并考虑多种运行工况,形成了一种新的入炉煤量计算方法。将此计算方法应用到机组控制中,实现对入炉煤量的精确控制,解决了入炉煤量计算偏差大引发的机组参数波动大的问题,提高了负荷响应能力,改善了机组的调节性能。

Abstract:

The coal quantity as fire is an important parameter for units equipped with doubleinlet and doubleoutlet mill. Accurate calculation of coal quantity as fire is related to the control and adjustment of the unit. Based on the analysis of the coal mill running mechanism and a large number of field tests, several factors affecting the coal quantity as fire are modified, and various working conditions are considered. A new method for calculating the coal quantity as fire is made, which can control the coal as fire accurately. It solves the great fluctuation of the generators’ parameters caused by large calculating deviation of coal as fire and improve the regulation performance of the unit.
