供热自动化、信息化及智慧化的差异探讨

摘要: 我国供热企业大多经历了由人工操作到自动化运行的过程,但对供热信息化和智慧化的差别以及智慧供 热的节能潜力缺少全面了解。系统论述了供热自动化、供热信息化及智慧供热,从负荷预测、运行调节和水力平衡 等方面分析了供热信息化和智慧供热的区别,指出智慧供热可使系统能效逼近最大值,系统运行效率在信息化基 础上提高了 1~2 百分点,锅炉运行效率在信息化基础上提高了 10~12 百分点;燃用Ⅱ类烟煤的层燃炉供热系统的综 合效率可在信息化基础上提升 10.00~12.68 百分点。

Abstract: Most heating enterprises in China have experienced the process from manual operation to automatic operation. However,they are lack of comprehensive understanding on the difference between heating system informatization and intellectualization,and the energy saving potential in intelligent heating. By expounding the automation,informatization and intellectualization of heating,and discussing on the differences between informatization and intellectualization of heating from capacities in load prediction,operation regulation and hydraulic balance,it is pointed out that intelligent heating can maximize the energy efficiency of a heating system. On the basis of informatization,the operating efficiency of the system and the boiler can be increased by 1 to 2 percent points and 12 to 13 percent points,respectively,and the overall efficiency of the stoker fired boiler heating system using second-class bituminous coal can be increased by 10.00 to 12.68 percent points.
