摘要: 华电乌达热电公司150MW循环流化床锅炉配置的引风机运行效率低,且存在着启动电流大、转速高、轴承温度高等弊端,导致厂用电率非常高。针对引风机存在的问题进行分析,提出了引风机加装变频调速装置的改造方案。改造实施后,取得了明显的节电效果,改善了设备的运行状况,延长了设备的使用寿命。

Abstract: The induced fan efficiency of 150MW CFB boiler in Huadian Wuda Cogeneration Plant was low, and the fan had other disadvantages such as high starting current, high rotational speed and high bearing temperature, which would lead to high auxiliary power rate. Therefore a transformation scheme was proposed that installing inverter in view of the present problems. After the transformation, the energy saving effect was significant, which improved equipment operating situation and extend equipment service life.
