摘要: 分析了某电厂在燃用贵州高硫煤后出现结焦的主要原因。介绍了某电厂在配煤掺烧方式、燃烧配风、氧量控制、设备改造等方面进行改善燃煤结焦的尝试。在煤源结构没有根本性好转的前提下,提出相应措施后,燃煤结焦状况得到了有效控制。

Abstract: The reasons of coking occurred in a power plant due to firing highsulfur coal produced in Guizhou province were analyzed. The improvement measures were introduced, which were adopted by the power plant to alleviate the coking. These measures involve the coal blending, the air distribution, the oxygen control, the equipment reformation and other aspects. The coking was controlled effectively due to these measures without basic improvement of the coal grade.
