摘要: 摘要:提出了一种基于智能变电站一体化信息平台的分布式故障诊断系统,该系统主要由警报接收与处理模块和在线故障诊断模块构成。警报处理模块直接从面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)网络上捕获GOOSE信号,而不再读取传统的数据采集与监视控制(SCADA)信号。在线故障诊断模块将传统在调度侧的进行系统故障诊断分割成为一系列以单个变电站为基础的、在变电站端进行的故障诊断,并利用信息平台提供的变电站系统配置描述文件(SCD)来建立系统故障诊断解析模型。算例证明了该诊断方法比具有快速、准确的优点,可满足在线应用的要求。

Abstract: Abstract:A fault diagnosis system for distributed system based on integrated information platform of intelligent substation was proposed. The diagnosis system mainly composed of the alarm receiving and processing module and the online fault diagnosis module. The alarm processing module will capture the signal of GOOSE (general objectoriented substation event) from the GOOSE network, but does not read traditional SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) information. The system fault diagnosis, which was implemented in dispatch side traditionally, will be divided into a series of single substationbased fault diagnosis, and the latter will be implemented in relevant substation. In each substation, using the system configuration description file (SCD) provided by the information platform, the system fault diagnosis analytical model will be established. The examples show that the diagnosis method has advantages of high speed and accuracy and can meet the requirement of online application.
