摘要: 摘要:目前火电厂烟囱防腐方案中,钛材类方案效果最佳,但仍然存在焊缝附近局部腐蚀的问题,选取3种特征焊接参数进行试验,对比了焊缝附近区域的腐蚀性能,提出了最佳焊接参数,以提高钛材焊接性能,提升其整体防腐效果。

Abstract: Abstract:Among the anticorrosion methods of the chimney in fossil power plants, it is the titanium that acts the best, although some local corrosion occured in some instances. In this paper, several welding parameters were selected to improve the welding performance of titanium and enhance the anticorrosion effect. Through the comparison of the corrosion behaviour of specimens near the weld seam, an optimized welding parameter was proposed.
