摘要： 摘要：以某电厂1000MW发电机组为例，分析试运期间各轴承振动监测数据，发现 #7瓦振动超标。通过多次启动观察，找到了产生振动的原因，并采取针对性措施解决了 #7瓦振动的问题。

Abstract: Abstract:Taking the 1000MW generator set of a power plant as example, the monitoring data of vibration of each bearing during commissioning period were analyzed, and it was found that the vibration of the bearing bush No.7 exceeds standardpermitted value. According to investigations of startup process repeatedly, the reason of the vibration was found. The targeted measures were adopted, and the problem of vibration of bearing bush No.7 was solved.
