摘要:

国家《“十三五”节能减排综合工作方案》中明确指出电机节能为节能减排的一项重要内容。火电机组辅机系统电机数量多、功率大,且多以工频方式运行,节流调节能耗损失大、效率低,电机存在“大马拉小车”的问题,因此有必要针对此系统进行节能优化。结合某电厂实际工程案例,通过试验数据证明电机永磁调速方式的节能效果。试验证明,永磁调速方式具有调速范围广、可实现过程控制、可靠性高、寿命长等优点,为今后电机节能方式的探索提供经验。

Abstract:

According to the National Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Work inthe 13th Fiveyear Plan, energy conservation of motors is an important part of energy conservation and emission reduction. There are large number of highpower motors in auxiliary systems of thermal power units, and most of them operate in power frequency mode, with high energy consumption in throttle governing and low efficiency.To reduce the energy waste of motors, it is necessary to optimize the energysaving technology for the system. Taking a power plant as an engineering case, the energy saving effect of permanent magnet speed regulation energysaving technology on 6kV motors is proven by experimental data.The permanent magnet speed regulation mode has wide speed regulation range, can realize process control and is of high reliability and long service life.It provides experience for exploring energysaving technology for motors in the future.
