摘要: 将信息技术与能源技术深度融合是国内外能源行业的发展方向。虚拟电厂以现代通信技术、互联网技术 为基础,利用网络突破地理位置局限,将可再生能源分布式发电与储能及可控负荷等子系统聚合成一个虚拟实体, 参与电力市场各种交易,为电网运行提供容量服务、辅助服务,进而提高电力系统的经济性和可靠性,同时促进可 再生能源的消纳和高效利用。研究了欧洲发达国家和国内的虚拟电厂示范项目,分析了各项目的关注重点、涉及 的核心技术以及实际效果。经过分析、对比并考虑国内能源行业现状及发展规划得出欧洲虚拟电厂技术路线更适 合国内参考这一结论,并对国内虚拟电厂下一步需要关注的关键技术和发展方向提出合理建议。

Abstract: Intensive integration of information technology and energy technology is the development direction of energy industry at home and abroad. Based on modern communication technology and Internet technology,virtual power plants have broken through the geographical limitation through networks.The virtual plant integrates distributed renewable energy generation,energy storage,controllable load and other subsystems into a virtual entity to participate in transactions of the power market.And it provides capacity services and auxiliary services for the power grid,so as to improve the economy and reliability of the power system and facilitate the consumption and efficient utilization of renewable energy as well. The demonstration power plants in developed European countries and China were studied and compared from their key points, the core technologies and the practice effect.Consideration of the current situation and prospect of the energy industry in China,it is concluded that the technical route of European virtual power plants is more suitable for domestic power plants in the future,and reasonable suggestions for the key technologies and development direction of domestic virtual power plants are put forward .
