Abstract: The flow in SCR method denitration installation of a 300MW unit was simulated numerically by using of CFD software Fluent, and the influence of the guiding devices, the ammonia injection grid and the flue gas deflection angle of reactor on the system resistance characteristics was analyzed. The research result shows that the guiding devices and rectifier devices can greatly improve the flow in the installation, and the guiding plates can optimize the flow and reduce the resistance. In the ammonia injection grid, the influence of the wear plate on reactor system resistance is smaller, and proper change of the flue gas deflection angle can reduce the resistance loss.
