Adjust method of hanger frame of hightemperature reheater in boiler

Abstract

Abstract: The expansion of some tubes rows of hightemperature reheater in boiler No.5 of Shandong Bainian Electric Power Development Corporation Limited was impeded, and its hazardness was introduced. Aiming at the technical difficult problems, which has to be solved in adjustment of the hanger frame of hightemperature reheater, a handling scheme was proposed. After adjustment, the tubes can expand freely, and the adjusted condition was remained without large variation. The potential safety hazard of the equipment was eliminated thoroughly, and the safe and stable operation of the unit was ensured.
