Analysis of outoflimit of tube wall temperature in final superheater

Abstract: Since the 600MW supercritical boiler of the Hubei Huadian Xiangfan Power Generation Corporation Limited was put into operation, the tube wall temperature of the final superheater often exceeded the alarm temperature at high boiler load, and the highest value was higher than 620℃. Some countermeasures were adopted, such as to adjust the horizontal swing angle and the updown swing angle of the SOFA burner, to adjust the opening of the air damper. Then in boiler operation with full load, the tube wall temperature of the final superheater can be controlled lower than the allowable temperature of 600℃.
