Calculation method of alignment for shaft system of turbogenerator set

Abstract

Abstract: The alignment of shaft system is very important in unit overhaul; it is important factor influencing on safe and economical operation of the unit. The purpose of alignment for shaft system of turbogenerator set was introduced. The concrete method of alignment for shaft system was expounded. The feasibility of the method was verified by practical example. By using this method, the work load of alignment in unit overhaul was reduced, and favorable result was obtained.
