Influence of coal quality variation on normal output of unit and countermeasures

Abstract

Abstract: In Guodian Shandong Shiheng Power Plant, the quality of the coal as fired deviates from design value greatly, and which influences on the unit output and the stability of the primary air fan. In order to adapt to the coal quality variation, the air and flue gas system of the boiler No.1 was reformed; the difficult problem of output capacity decreasing frequently caused by poor coal quality was solved effectively, the hidden danger of primary air fan stalling easily was eliminated; and the safe and stable operation of the unit is ensured.
