Abstract:
Along with gradually shortage of domestic coal supply, the quality of actuallyfired coal is greatly deviated from designed coal quality in many
power plants; and this causes the mass concentration of SO2 in inlet of FGD system to increase in large amplitude. So ,the existing FGD equipment must be
reformed to increase its capacity. Combining with the capacity expansion reformation project of FGD system of a power plant in Guizhou, the capacity
expansion reformation scheme was expounded in detail. The design experience was summarized, which provides reference for FGD capacity expansion reformation
projects in future.
