Response strategy to face power plantwide power outage

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In order to face extreme malignant accident of power plantwide power outage, very high accident handling ability and flexible problemsolving ability are needed for the operators. In order to prevent other accidents may caused by the accident of power plantwide power outage and to ensure the stopped units to restart orderly, according to the problems existing in Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited, the effective and feasible controlling strategy and solutions were put forward.
