Methods for decreasing water consumption of air cooling device of 120MW hydropower unit

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The cooling mode and cooling principle of the generator of unit No.5 in Hunanzhen Hydropower Station were introduced. The current situation of the water consumption of the air cooling device of unit No.5 was analyzed. The methods for decreasing the water consumption were given and verified, and the favorable effects of the methods are recognized.
