Abstract:When the unit load is changing or the unit operates in peak shaving process, under the action of alternately changing load with nonzero average stress, the ratchetingcreep behaviour of the fastening bolts of the turbine cylinder may occur. Therefore, to research the damage development of the bolts during ratchetingcreep process is of important significance. The uniaxial ratchetingcreep rupture experiment was carried out for the nickel base alloy material Nimonic 80A at 550℃. The user selfdefined program, which is based on AbdelKarimOhno kinematic hardening criterion, was embedded into the finite element software Ansys, and the ratchetingcreep process of the bolt was simulated. The macroscopical deformation obtained by simulation was identical with experiment result. Under the ratchettingcreep interaction, the damage development speed of the screw rod of the bolt is greater than that of the thread of the bolt, which is the region of stress concentration, and the rupture may occur there.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the special requirement of the ship lifter dedicated for tourist passenger transport in urban river system connectivity project, a hydraulic lifting ship lifter was proposed. Combining with the urban river system connectivity project of Chizhou, the navigation capacity and the equipment composition of the hydraulic lifting ship lifter were introduced, and the lifting principle and application features of the lifter were analyzed. The result shows that comparing with traditional ship lifters the hydraulic lifting ship lifter has several advantages, which include the simple drive system, the high security, the superior shock resistance, the easy synchronization, the lower cost and so on. The ship lifter can satisfy the requirements of security and stability, and at the same time, it can meet the requirement of urban landscape construction. So the ship lifter is suitable for navigation of urban river system connectivity projects and mediumsmall hydrojunctions.

Abstract:The turbine cylinder of AP1000 unit of Sanmen Nuclear Power Company Limited has large size, and its rotator mass is large. Some partial regions of the operating floor must be able to bear larger local load during the steam turbine overhaul. According to the overhaul situation of the turbine of unit No.1, when which was disassembled overall, combining with the floor slab design data of the operating floor and the characteristics of the equipments, the relevant load uniform distribution measures were adopted to satisfy the requirement of equipment stacking. The scheme can ensure safety of whole platform and improve the overhaul efficiency.

Abstract:The control object of the coal mill load control system is typical nonlinear and timevarying system with large lag, and it is more difficult to obtain better control result by conventional control method. Based on the advantages of the prediction control in solving complex and barely controllable objects, a model algorithm control (MAC) scheme was proposed and used to solve the problem of coal mill load control. The simulation result shows that under conditions of the model parameters variation, the internal perturbation and the setting destabilization, the stability, the robustness and the antiinterference performance of the model algorithm control are all superior to that of conventional PID control. At last, based on the simulation result, an applicable for practical engineering model algorithm control design scheme was put forward, which can be used in power plant operation when certain conditions are available.

Abstract:In practical operation of a power plant, a certain percentage of nondesigned coal may be blended with the designed coal and burned. Taking multiple coal grades blending in a power plant in Shanxi as research object, the influence of coal blending with different blend ratio on the generating cost was analyzed. The enumeration method was used to search the optimal blend scheme, and a best blend ratio for multiple coal grades blending was obtained by calculation. Based on this, a practical multiple coal grades blending software system was developed, and it is able to reduce the fuel cost and to improve the economic efficiency of the power plant by this software.

Abstract:When the current generator compound voltage overcurrent protection is used for generators in expanded unit connection, it does not possess desired selectivity for failed generator. Based on the principle of asynchronous method selective generator compound voltage overcurrent protection, if the fault is judged as fault inside the generator region, then the compound voltage overcurrent protection will trip at setting delay; and if the fault is judged as fault outside the generator region, then the compound voltage overcurrent protection will trip at setting delay plus a short delay. Thus the selectivity problem of the generator compound voltage overcurrent protection used in expanded unit connection was solved effectively. The availability of the scheme was verified by the result of dynamic simulation experiment.

The reason of optimization of the pressure setting at inlet of the turbine was analyzed, and the optimization scheme was put forward. Abstract:A fault diagnosis system for distributed system based on integrated information platform of intelligent substation was proposed. The diagnosis system mainly composed of the alarm receiving and processing module and the online fault diagnosis module. The alarm processing module will capture the signal of GOOSE (general objectoriented substation event) from the GOOSE network, but does not read traditional SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) information. The system fault diagnosis, which was implemented in dispatch side traditionally, will be divided into a series of single substationbased fault diagnosis, and the latter will be implemented in relevant substation. In each substation, using the system configuration description file (SCD) provided by the information platform, the system fault diagnosis analytical model will be established. The examples show that the diagnosis method has advantages of high speed and accuracy and can meet the requirement of online application.

In the drytype lowpollution burner, which is installed on the 9E gas turbine, the conventional diffusion combustion mode was discarded and replaced by homogeneous phase premixed turbulent flame propagation combustion mode. Abstract:In a 600MW unit, the opening of the water inlet adjusting valve on the deaerator changed rapidly due to serious reduction of the condensate water flow, the automatic water level adjustment function had not been realized, and the positioner was damaged repeatedly due to the highfrequency vibration of the pipeline. The reasons of vibration of the condensate pipeline were analyzed. The reformation scheme was proposed. After the reformation, the rapid change fault of the opening of the water inlet adjustment valve caused by reduction of the condensate water flow did not occur again, and the highfrequency vibration of the pipeline was eliminated.

Abstract:For the actual situation of waste heat utilization project with circulating water in 300MW unit of some power plant, we studies and analyzes the influence of two different fouling coefficients on the project economic benefit. The research results show that blindly choosing big fouling coefficient does not promote the project economic benefit based on river water quality used in this project. Through experiments, we preliminarily explore the feasibility of online cleaning in real time by using rubber ball cleaning system for the absorption heat pump units. The experiment results show that the cleaning effect is more obvious.

Abstract:The operation situation of the circulating water system of the 330MW unit in a power plant was introduced. The factors influencing on the efficiency of the water cooling tower were analyzed. An energysaving reformation method was proposed, in which two water cooling towers will be used for one power unit. The scheme had been test in production site. In the test, one of the two units is operating alone, and the water cooling tower of other standby unit was used parallel with that of the operating unit. The test result shows that the cooling capacity of the water cooling tower of standby unit was used to increase the cooling area, and the efficiency of the operating unit was enhanced.
