Analysis on reliability of import servo position controller for small turbine of 600MW unit

Abstract:Taking the servo position controller for small turbine of 600MW unit of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant as example, the way to improve its reliability was analyzed. Using the safety and stability ensuring measures of other controllers as reference, the loop of the servo position controller was perfected and improved, and the safety and reliability of the controller were ensured. So the safe and economic operation of the unit was ensured.
