Finding and treatment of leakage points on stator coil of 600MW hydrogencooled generator

Abstract

Abstract: here was inner leakage fault in stator coil of the 600MW hydrogencooled generator of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant. By finding, it was confirmed that the leakage point is located in upper winding bar of slot No.31. The process of replacing the failed winding bar was described. The defect of water leakage of stator coil was eliminated successfully, which provides reference for treatment of similar faults.
