Abstract: The features of the gas turbines with 6B and 9E level of capacity used in CCHP system were compared. The technical progress of the gas turbine with 6B level of capacity was introduced. Combining with concrete examples, considering several aspects, such as the performance of the gas turbine, the cogeneration of cooling heating and power, the utility rate of primary energy, the thermal efficiency, the return of investment and so on, the unit type selection for 6B level gas turbine energy station was analyzed. The influences of the fuel price, the electricity price and other factors on the investment payoff period were discussed.
