Abstract: Abstract:The contract energy management is a new energy conservation mechanism based on market operation. It can remedy energy user’s defect of insufficient fund for energysaving reformation and can transfer the risk of energysaving project. The conventional energysaving reformation technology of the thermal power enterprises was studied, and the features of energysaving reformation projects were analyzed. It was proposed that the contract energy management mode can be used in technical reformation project of thermal power enterprises. Combining with the influence of the thermal power enterprise life putting into operation on contract energy management mode, an investment mode of contract energy management used in thermal power enterprise was established, which can provides guidance for thermal power enterprises in energysaving investment.
