Domestic 300MW unit optimization start

Abstract:Since eastern Heilongjiang network peak load difference is large,the 300MW units in Huadian Power Company Limited Mudanjiang Second Power Plant are frequently scheduled start and stop.To ensure unit safety,economic start and stop,save operating costs,
and improve economic efficiency,a set of energy-saving start optimization programs,which are the bottom of the steam heating unit,the whole micro oil,full steam pump,the pump low speed skating single cycle parameter optimization start up mode,are summarized combined with regional and seasonal characteristics and the specific circumstances of production equipment.The optimized boot process safety and economy are significantly improved after the transformation.
